A tonne of thought went into this design and build project to come up with the perfect family home!
Modest 230m2 home, boasting stunning cathedral ceilings opened up the lounge / living space & a spacious second lounge. 4 generous bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms sure did impress! Engineered timber flooring through the entry and main living areas really gave the home a sense of warmth. Stone benchtops, log burner plus ducted central heating were just some of the extra features to this stunning home.

An exceptional architectural build that simply “wowed”.
This 156m2 home had 3 spacious bedrooms, open plan kitchen living dining and 2 generous bathrooms with tiled walk-in showers.
From the 3.6m high ceilings to the full height windows and doors, this house was hard to not fall in love with!
Significant storage, high spec finishes and small details that captured hearts of many, this home was one of a kind.

This 1930’s old farmhouse was in dire need of some TLC.
We love doing renovations, as there is a real sense of achievement looking at before and after photos.
Initially the renovation was going to be a simple reline of the walls and ceiling. However, once we got started we realized just how much potential this home had!
The scope included raising the ceiling, a total remodel of the bathroom & outdoor area, and new flooring throughout. The result was an open, light, contemporary home that left you hard to believe it was 90 years old!

A first home build that exceeded expectations! Our clients had purchased an oddly shaped section so were after some guidance and design ideas. We helped them design the perfect home for them, and the site.
Clad in Plaster and Cedar, scissor trusses to the open plan living areas and a sleek but functional kitchen. This first home very quickly turned into our clients dream home! We worked closely to ensure the budget stayed on track & even gave them some fun ideas for landscaping! We thoroughly enjoyed building this not so “cookie-cutter” first home for these clients.

Go big or go home! The brief for this build was “big open spaces for a big family”. With 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 living areas, we certainly delivered! Sleek modern lines, sharp monochrome tones and 4x set of sliding doors out onto the sun filled patio resulted in a home that will remain timeless for years to come.

This 4 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 living spec build is the perfect spacious family home.
Boasting a large two-toned kitchen, built in log burner and fully landscaped section, this build left no stone unturned.
The contemporary home has large open sliders off the master, lounge and dining area for the ultimate indoor-outdoor flow. Ample storage, modern appliances and high spec finishes were some of the finishing touches that made our clients fall in love!
